Espresso or Yoga

  As a new mom I needed to find a good out let to get my energy boost during the day. I found myself turning to my favorite drink in the world.. Caramel Machiatos <3 Now in reality caffeine is not the most healthy thing for you and it is extremely addicting. I would know. So I started to look for a better solution. Something that would keep me energized and healthy.


That is when I started to research. I saw that "apparently" yoga was an effective way of boosting and maintaining high energy levels but that is also kept you in impeccable shape. Now having a new baby there was no way I could start going out and taking classes so I looked for online classes. That is when I came across this amazing site, www.myyogaonline.com/home .

  It offers amazing programs and challenges as well as videos that you can do right at home for only 10 bucks a month! I am in the midst of doing my first 8 day program called Yoga For The Beginner. I am on my 5th day and I honestly feel the difference. I feel so much more relaxed and revitalized. Joining this website was a great decision.

  They also offer a variety of yoga classes including post natal baby yoga for you and your little one! You can also do the classes whenever you would like and work around your schedule whether you want to do a quick 10 minute video or a two hour video.

 When it comes for me choosing what I prefer, I now say Yoga over espresso any day!!
