Live Seven Years Longer

While my son sleeps so peacefully on the couch beside me I am reading Todays Parent Guide Baby & Toddler edition Spring/Summer 2012. And I came across a wellness article that is talking about living longer.

Now that I have this precious little gift I want to make sure I do everything possible to keep myself healthy and extend my longevity!

A report from the Institute for Clinical Evaluative Sciences and Public Health Ontario claims that people could live 7 years longer by stopping a few bad habits!

*Smoking
*Eating poorly
*Being sedentary (lazy)
*Drinking to much alcohol

And last but most definitely not least

*Stressing
