I never thought I would be so lucky and have such an amazing husband and a beautiful baby boy let alone I would have them before I turned 20!
I am officially 20 years old as of yesterday, no longer considered a "teen mom" and it feels nice to be out of that bracket. I used to hate the looks I would get when people would ask how old my son was then how old I was and even ask my marital status as though it was wrong of me to have a baby so young. I could not imagine being a young mom and not being married. I feel soo bad for how people judge young moms. Especially now with the teen mom shows on MTV. When you see how some of them act no wonder society looks down on young moms. It is extremely unfortunate though because being a teen mom myself as well as knowing quite a few other teen moms I know how hard we work to make sure our relationships succeed for our children as well as making sure they always have the best of the best!!
I am soo proud of all the young moms I know that do everything in their power on a day to day basis to make sure their babies are well taken care of. Don't let what people have to say bring you down, just because some people are incompetent doesn't mean you are!! Lots of love to all of my teen moms <3
